The Davidson Farmer’s Market is a producer-only, year-round market featuring more than 35 farmers and local producers from within a 100 mile radius. The market is a lively gathering place for meeting friends and for learning about food, agriculture and nutrition.
Growers and producers are on hand to answer your questions, from “How was this grown?” to questions about how to prepare and preserve all types of foods.
THE WINTER MARKET IS OPEN -second and fourth Saturdays January through March, 9 a.m. to noon. The Market will be open every Saturday 8 a.m. to noon beginning Sat., April 7!
NEW VENDORS – The Market is seeking new vendors for the 2012 season; specifically producers of local grapes; local grains including ground cornmeal, wheat and spelt flour and other whole grains; locally grown and produced NC wines; locally made specialty chocolates and hot breakfast foods to be enjoyed at the Market (using local ingredients). If you produce what we are looking for, please apply – deadline is Jan. 31. See vendor tab and application.

The DFM includes a variety of quality goods, such as certified organic, naturally grown and conventionally grown fruits and vegetables, grass fed beef, pastured pork and free range chicken, eggs from free-range chickens, fresh baked goods, prepared foods, fresh cut flowers, herbs, plants and more.
Join us! January through March, 9 a.m. to noon (2nd and 4th Saturdays) and April through October, 8 a.m.-noon (every Saturday).
